Data Deletion

Trend Radar is run by Duo Leads. Contact us at hello@duoleads.com.

If you ever logged in to Trend Radar with Facebook and you want your data gone, just ask. We finish every confirmed deletion request within 30 days.

How to ask for deletion

Send an email to hello@duoleads.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". You can also start it yourself from Facebook: open Settings and Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, find Trend Radar and choose Remove. That sends a deletion request to us automatically.

What gets deleted

We remove the Facebook identifier we stored for your account along with your session data. The Page engagement numbers are anonymised public data, so they stay as described in our Privacy Policy.
